1. How can I register your services?
We offer two ways as below:
- Online: via forms at every service page – Available 24/7 – Our coordinator will contact you within 24 hours.
- Hotline: 0868 107 247 – From 8am to 5pm
2. Can I change my teacher during the course?
Yes. Please inform your coordinator in case that you’re not satisfied with your teacher. The coordinator will handle it within 3 working days.

3. How can I pay service fee?
There are two payment methods as following:
You can pay the fee at our office or our staff will collect the payment at your place.

4. What should I do after registering a service online?
Nothing. Our educational consultant will contact you for an arrangement in the next 24 hours.
5. Will learners be evaluated termly?
Yes, we offer free evaluation for our learners every 30 hours. The purpose of this re-evaluation is to find out:
- Performance progress
- Appropriate changes in a lessons plan if necessary
- Teacher’s performance
Please note that if you are not willing to have this evaluation, please inform your coordinator before the evaluation date.
6. For language trips, how will I be picked up?
All participants will get pick up at a gathering place which usually is in the city center and be taken to a trip destination.
